Not only am I well-versed in the VA loan having earned the designation of Military Relocation Professional, I've also invested the time to earn the Accredited Buyer Representative Designation from NAR. I've been licensed since 2006, hold a Bachelors Degree and two Associates. In Real Estate, I've earned Rookie of the Year in Company Sales and multiple Quality Service Producer awards. When I'm not serving my clients, I serve on the Board of Directors of the National Training Center - High Desert Chapter of the Association of the US ARMY (AUSA, NTC-HD). I'm also affiliated with the nationwide program, Homes For Heroes, which gives back to our Community Heroes when they buy or sell real estate.

Claudia is a very smart, funny, and helpful agent. She stayed on top of my Apple Valley, California sale the entire time. Got me the price I needed and a little bit more. Smooth sailing and even helped me with a problem on the purchase of my Sun City, Arizona home. Helped me there by just answering questions I had that didn't pertain to my sale, but was still amazing when I needed some answers.

A great lady and you couldn't do better. She even contacted me after the sale to see how I was doing. Now that's amazing to have someone do that for you.

Claudia helped me sell my home last year and sold me a home recently. She took the time to go over every detail of each transaction to make sure I understood and was comfortable with everything. She's also very knowledgeable dealing with VA loans and has a wholehearted desire to help Veterans use their VA benefits. She's helped many other Veterans I know buy a home. I definitely recommend her to all buyers, especially Veterans. She really goes to bat for her clients in whatever capacity she's representing them.
